ESI Not Deducted For Eligible Employee

Hi,

A question- ESI is not getting deducted for employee even after employee is eligible and monthly salary less than 21K. Any other criteria needs to be taken into consideration?

Please advise.

Hi Jyoti,

Do you mean to say “It is not getting deducted on GreytHR”?

In GreytHR, you need to go to Employee–>>Information–>>Bank PF ESIC–>>ESIC–>> Tick Employee is covered under ESI

Hi @Jyoti

I think this is with respect to greytHR application.

As @Ankit said, you need to enable ESI checkbox within the application to get this activated and start the deduction during monthly payroll.
