For Statutory Compliance - Is Hard Copies a must?

For Statutory Compliance Forms submission. Are not digital copies allowed, Why is it a must to send a hard copy.

It depends on what statutory compliance you are mentioning. A few are completely online like ETDS, PF, ESI, PT and so on.

Most of the departments are moving to digital returns. It will take more time to completely become online for all departments.
