New joined employee having salary 15K above and want to opt-out from PF. As an employer can we do?
- in the previous comp, he was a member of PF with 15k above salary.

If the employee was a member of the PF in his earlier employment, then he has to continue to contribute under the same UAN. He can restrict the contribution to a basic of Rs 15000/- pm.

No you can’t. Just for one person we can’t do

Once the employee is covered under PF, he cannot opt out of it. He has to continue the contribution until the end of service.
If the new employer is also covered in the PF scheme, then there will not be any choice to opt out. However he can decide to contribute in excess of 15k or not.
