Hi, We have 3 working units in different states, Do we need separate External member for the ICC under POSH act, or there can be the same one for all 3. Secondly, Do these external members charge per location as their retainer’s fee.

Hi Jasneet,
1 External ICC member is enough for all the 3 states, If that member needs to be physically present at the hearing (from another state) then the company will have to sponsor for their travel.
As per my knowledge there is no extra charges as their retainer’s fee for different locations
