Hi,
If employee expired due to Covid, Is there any Government special rule, need to take care from employer side to settle all the employee due to his/her nominee (excluding : Pf, Gratuity, Leave encashment, bonus), need to pay any extra???.,

Hi Govardhan,

Not as a special rule, but the appropriate authorities request the employer to help the COVID victim’s family in settling their benefits.

You can refer to EPF, Pension, EDLI benefits to children of COVID victims (greythr.com).
