We are implementing Marriage leaves in our startup company where we have fixed Sat/Sun offs.
Should my Marriage leave of 15 days include weekends or exclude them?
Is there any law regarding this?

this is upto the company management discretion. when you plan your leave policy you can mention it whether it is included or not. In other words this could be a sandwich leave as well.
It is dependent on company policy, but long leave should be counted with fixed sat/sun offs.
