IT industry comes under the Shops & establishment & factory act.

Yes, they have to register themselves under S&H of concerned municipality and have to renew the licence every year.

Thank you. Shops and Establishment act is fine but how Factory Act ? Can anyone explain more on this please

it depends on nature of work, if there Manufacturing activity then it will come in factory category. if there is not manufacturing activity then it will come under shop act.
