Multiple UAN accounts

Hi,

Does a job change need employee to create a new UAN ? What happens with employee who have 2 UAN accounts created?

Ideally UAN - as the name says Universal Account Number. So the UAN has to remain for multiple organisations. You won’t be able to link multiple UAN with Bank as it gives error that Bank is already linked to another UAN.
