Ex-employee to rejoin the same organisation, UAN, PF number can be reused?

Hi,

  1. Is there any rule on days that prohibits an ex-employee to rejoin the same organisation again after some months/period?
  2. Can the previous UAN, EPF number, ESIC card be re used or need to be created freshly?

Yes u have to use the same UAN number

As per your hr policy, you can go ahead for the xemployee rejoining and no issue at all using the same uan
