Do we need to maintain separate Muster roll cum wage register under the following act even if we have maintained a wage register under Shop and establishment act?

  1. MINIMUM WAGES ACT, 1948
    2.PAYMENT OF WAGES ACT, 1936
  2. MAHARASHATRA WORKMEN’S MINUM H.R.A ACT, 1983

Hi

No need to maintain separate Muster cum wage roll register if you are maintaining under shop and establishment. ensure that you are registered under it.
since it is available in greytHR you can maintain the softcopy as well. No need for Hard copy

Can you please confirm that for how many years the employer must preserve muster roll cum wage register under the Shop& Establishment Act for the statutory compliance?
