Hi All ,

We are currently maintaining electronic Personnel Files for all our employees after the Covid times.Does our Labour law mandate maintaining Tangible personnel files like how we used to maintain earlier before covid. Is this required now that we have all started coming to office?

Personnel Files - Physical or Electronic?

Can we maintain the personnel files electronically and scrap the physical files? From the sustainability perspective, keeping physical files is too much papers. As an organization we wanted to reduce the papers as much as possible. Looking forward for the responses in line with the compliances.
