Dear Professionals,
We have a new joinee in this month who is holding a old PF account. She could able to login to the PF Account and check her balance. But the problem is they haven’t updated her exit date. Also it is showing some error while we are trying to update her exit date from employee end and hence not able to update her exit date.
In this case can we able to transfer her old account money to new account without exit date of previous employer.
