Hi, One of our employees has resigned. we have updated his exit date in the PF portal. Now he wants to withdraw his PF, but his bank details are missing. He is trying to fill his bank details but he is getting an error

An employee cannot change his bank account directly. It has to be approved by the employer.
Before applying for the withdrawal, he must change his bank account and get the KYC verified. Then he can apply for withdrawal.
