POSH Return due date notification

Hi All,

Is there any notification or copy of the act mentioning POSH return to be filed on 31st of January. Kindly share if you have a copy. If we file the return by December end, will this be a violation of rule? Can anyone help us on this topic as we filed the return prior to Dec 31st.

Hi @Sreeja ,

Since the due date is 31st Jan, submitting prior is not a violation I believe. Like the report of 2023 has a due date of 31st Jan 2024. So if you submitted your report on Dec 2023 - then you are all good :slightly_smiling_face:
But if you have filed your 2022 report on Dec 2023 then that is a violation.
