I do not know if these enhancement caused some issues with our system - I have raised a ticket regarding the policy uploading wherein once employee opens their ESS they should be asked to accept the policy but now it was not there, have raised a ticket may 9, and until now sadly what I am getting is this will be checked by the technical team… …
Can you somehow get in the middle of this, coz I really need to enforce the policy…
