Hi @RamyaV

Usually in the experience letter salary is not mentioned by default unless a company formats the same.

But salary details / CTC structure can be attached as an annexe along with the Experience letter. You can also refer to some sample in greytHR. (under employee – Admin – Letter Templates)

Hi Team,

With regards to the amendment of leave rule “ the total number of the days of leave that may be carried forward to a succeeding year shall not exceed forty five days.” Currently as per leave policy in our company employee can carry forward total 30days of previous year leave to the next year , please suggest is there any cap employer should allow up to 45 days leave carryforward.

Hi @Shwetha

There is no cap as such which are strictly mentioned.

But the minimum leaves that an employee should have for the year should be ensured he utilises the same, and the balance / additional leaves given can be carried forward.

Example: 12 is minimum for a year - this 12 should be allowed to be utilised by the employee and carry forward in this is not encouraged.

If you give 18 a year then 18-12=06 that 06 can be carried forward without any limitation.

By default, Salary details should not be mentioned unless specified by the hiring company.

Experience letter should only contains all experinces, skills, achievements during all current and previous employments to showcase your talent and expertise in the respective field.

After successful selection HR Manager moves to negotiate Salary Details where we need to provide these details as required/requested.
