If I have taken 2 sick leaves clubbing with 2 week off, should I give medical certificate if we do not have sandwich leave rule?
It all varies depending on company policy. A few companies ask for Medical certificates if Sick leave crosses 2 days.
If you are taking leave on Friday and Monday, it may not be counted as a 4-day leave but still submitting a Medical certificate may be required.
