What leaves are employee eligible or available during probation period? (in any situation)

All leaves eligible for a regular employee.

Hi,

THis depend on company. There are two possibilities to allow for leaves.

  1. Any probation employee is eligible for SL/CL and not PL if company follows 240 days completion in preceding year.
  2. All employees eligible for all leaves if company provides leaves to their employees from the day one.

In probation in our company we are giving only CL.

Sick leave and Earned Leave will be given after confirmation.
