I saw an article stating that, employees are unable to claim their pension post-retirement due to mismatch in their names between company and with PF office.
Is it corporate responsibility or employees?
Employer has to intimate the exact mismatch to the employee. Guide, and assist him, if required, to set everything aligned.
I saw a linkedin post. There mentioned about the rejection rate of PF claim is increased from 13% to 34%. I was referring to that.
