Hello all,

Can pension be denied if employer made wrong pay deductions ?

If someone can share some info on this. Thanks in advance for the help.

Hey @Trisha ,

As per the recent Supreme Court decision employees cannot be denied their pension because their employer made wrong pay deductions from their salary. It is the responsibility of the employer to made calculated pay deductions.

Hey @Trisha ,

What @spriya said is right. In the recent judgement given by Supreme court you cannot hold pension due to error from Employer’s end. Its their morale duty to do the right deductions.
