We are facing a query in EPF portal, when our employees are updating their KYC in EPF employee portal it is reflecting as “the pending at employer to approve”, but when we are checking from the employer end it is not reflecting the details. can someone pls suggest the way to resolve this kind of issues pls.
Please note that it might be pending with the bank for days.
Kindly intimate the concerned employee to approach the bank and revert to you.
Thank you for your prompt response , we have cross checked the comment it is still mentioned as pending with employer , even this comment states it is with employer or banker?
Pls check under MEMBER - BASIC DETAILS CHANGE REQUEST and also APPROVE KYC SEEDED BY MEMBER.
You can approve there with DSC. Hope this will help you.
