greytHR Recruit - Internal Job Postings (IJP) and Employee Referral (ER)

The ESS portal enables employees to refer candidates, track referral statuses, and apply for internal job postings. This enhances internal recruitment efforts and boosts employee engagement.

New App Integrated on Unite Marketplace

Tax season just got easier with Taxspanner’s integration with greytHR! greytHR customers’ employees can now enjoy seamless tax filing through Taxspanner on the Unite Marketplace. With auto-fetching of Form 16, employees can access their tax details effortlessly—eliminating the need for manual uploads.

Haryana LWF Slabs Revision Effective from March 2025 Payroll

The Haryana Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) contribution limits have been updated as per the latest amendment.

🔹 Effective March payroll onwards, the Employee LWF contribution is now capped at ₹34 (previously ₹31), and the Employer contribution is capped at ₹68 (previously ₹62).
🔹 The calculation method remains the same at 0.2% of Gross Salary, but with revised capping limits.
🔹 This change applies only to employees whose work location is in Haryana.
🔹 Payroll calculations and reports will automatically reflect these changes.

SIF File format - SIF-UAE-HSBC

The Salary Information File (SIF) is a digital file that all employers in the UAE must use as part of the Wages Protection System (WPS) payroll process.

This specific SIF-UAE-HSBC template is designed for UAE customers who have a bank account with HSBC. It enables them to process Variable Pay along with regular salaries when making employee payments.

GET Audit Log API

We’ve launched the GET Audit Log API, allowing customers to retrieve and filter audit logs by date and category. This simplifies monitoring, debugging, and compliance reporting.

Preloaded Frequently Used Free SQL Queries in Free SQL Agent (Payroll Repository)

We’ve introduced a prepopulated list of frequently used SQL queries with descriptions to help users understand how Free SQL works. This update simplifies access to common queries, improving usability and reducing dependency on the Dev team for retrieving these queries.

Payroll Agents Enhancements

Based on an analysis of Free SQL tickets, we’ve enhanced Payroll Agents to allow users to select required parameters while configuring agents—eliminating the need to request Free SQL queries. It reduces redundant Free SQL query requests from the OPS team and minimizes unnecessary components in the payroll repository for specific calculations.

greytHR Recruit - Rich Text Editor for Email Signatures

The Email Signature Customization feature in greytHR Recruit enables users to create personalized email signatures with rich text formatting and image uploads, ensuring professional and branded communication. This feature seamlessly integrates with UI-generated emails for offer letters and forms.

Download Job Description from greytHR Recruit Portal

The Download JD button allows recruiters to download job descriptions directly from the greytHR Recruit portal. This ensures quick access to standardized JDs, streamlining the hiring process while improving efficiency and reducing manual effort in recruitment operations.

360 Feedback Downloadable Report

This feature allows employees and managers to download detailed 360° Feedback reports in PDF format, offering structured insights on performance, strengths, and areas for improvement. The reports include evaluator ratings, competency summaries, and AI-generated feedback, ensuring a comprehensive review for employees and actionable insights for managers.

Bulk Upload of Goals

Managing employee goals just got a major upgrade! With the new Bulk Upload of Goals feature, admins and managers can now import multiple goals at once—eliminating manual entry and hassle. The Bulk Upload option will be available via the control panel.

greytHR PRO - Reimbursements Overview Dashboard

The Reimbursements Overview Dashboard streamlines monitoring by providing PSP employees with a unified view of activities across multiple accounts, eliminating the need to log in to each account and manually compile data, thus saving time and effort.

✅ Other Features

1. Attach Documents to PIP & PDP Recommendations

Assessors previously lacked the ability to attach documents to PIP and PDP recommendations, which made it harder to provide full context and clear guidance. With this update, they can now easily add, remove, or replace relevant documents, allowing for more complete and flexible reviews without affecting the current review process.

2. QB Reports for 360 Feedback

Admins previously lacked detailed reporting for 360 Feedback cycles, making it hard to extract meaningful insights. With this enhancement, they can now generate custom QB reports using fields like cycle status, start/end dates, owner, final ratings, and more—enabling precise, filterable data to support better performance reviews.

3. Final Rating Description Now Available in QB Reports

Previously, admins could only fetch the final rating from QB reports. With this update, they can now retrieve the configured description for each rating—making reports more informative and aligned with the review cycle setup.

4. Reviews Reports with Recommendations

The reports will now display only finalized recommendations, offering a clearer view of the review cycle. Recommendations will be shown next to the final rating, with blank cells for those not assigned. Additionally, only the configured recommendations will be listed, ensuring that the information is relevant and accurate.

5. Control Panel Access for Non-Manager Reviewers

Previously, only managers had access to the control panel for assessments. Now, non-manager reviewers can also access it to assess their assigned employees, with their actionable visible under the ‘Team Assessments’ widget—just like managers.

Note : Feature Code must be enabled for respective user role to get Control Panel.

The PMS Library is a centralized catalogue of pre-configured goals, review questionnaires, and 360° feedback questions that simplify cycle setup. It ensures consistency, saves time, reduces errors, and enhances user adoption—improving efficiency and overall experience for HR teams, managers, and employees.

greytHR Recruit - Integration with Payroll for Salary Annexure in Offer Letter

The integration with Payroll API in greytHR Recruit will enable recruiters to retrieve a complete salary structure, dynamically compute the CTC using input values, and automatically populate the generated salary structure in the Offer Letter.

Ability to Delete Job and Candidate Records Individually or in Bulk

Users can delete individual or multiple job and candidate records as needed. This feature provides flexibility in managing data efficiently, whether removing a single entry or performing bulk deletions.

“Both” Option in Overtime Pay-Rate Calculator

The Both (OT Pay or Comp-Off) option in the Overtime Pay-Rate Calculator now allows employees to choose between OT pay or Comp-off based on their excess work hours ensuring greater flexibility and compliance with the organization’s OT policy.

Dynamic Comp-Off Eligibility Calculation

The system will now dynamically calculate Comp-Off eligibility based on total hours worked on a holiday or non-working day. Employees can now seamlessly apply for a Comp-Off grant that aligns with their actual working hours for that day.

Automated Leave Recalculation for All Grant Frequencies

Automated Leave Recalculation is now available for Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Defined Period grants. The system dynamically updates leave balances based on the configured frequency and grant mode, reducing HR workload and ensuring policy compliance.

Preventing Duplicate Locations & Geofence Entries

The system now automatically validates and restricts duplicate location names while ensuring unique latitude-longitude combinations for geofence settings. This enhances accuracy in attendance setup and minimizes errors and redundant data entries.

Attachment Option in Permission

Document attachment support in permission requests! Employees, managers, and admins can now upload supporting documents while submitting a request. This enhancement ensures seamless validation, improved approval workflows, and compliance with company policies.

Email Based Approval

The Email-Based Approval feature enables reviewers to approve, reject, or forward requests (Leave Apply, Leave Cancel, RH, Leave Grant, Permissions, Regularization, and OT Requests) directly from email notifications, provided they are logged into greytHR. It ensures secure, session-based authentication, maintains audit logs for compliance.

PMS Library

Say hello to the PMS Library, a centralized space where admins can create, manage, and reuse key performance management content like goals, competencies, and questionnaires.
Previously, setting up review cycles meant recreating content each time. With the PMS Library, admins can now save and reuse standardized content across cycles, and ensure consistency in performance criteria.

Digital Signatures for Letters

Integrating PFX Digital Signatures into the Letter module will provide a secure, tamper-proof, and legally compliant signing mechanism. This ensures document integrity, enhances security, and builds trust while maintaining the module’s usability.
