greytHR Request Hub
greytHR’s Request Hub feature streamlines processes like travel approvals and allowances.
Prior to this, managing requests involved endless emails, long waits, and unclear workflows, which hindered productivity and teamwork.
The Request Hub solves this by offering simpler, user-friendly request management, faster approvals with real-time tracking, and improved transparency. With clear workflows, it enhances collaboration and accountability, making request management quicker, easier, and stress-free for everyone.
Introducing TCS/TDS Declarations in POI and IT Declarations
Employees can now declare Tax Collected at Source (TCS) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) in their IT Declarations and Proof of Investments. This feature prevents overpayment, simplifies tax calculations with automatic adjustments, and enhances transparency in tax reporting for employees and admins.
The 1721_Tidak_Final Report (Indonesia)
The 1721_Tidak_Final report is a critical compliance document in Indonesia, used to report non-final income tax withheld (PPh 21) on employee salaries and benefits. Unlike final taxes, which are settled at the time of withholding, non-final taxes are subject to further reconciliation at the end of the fiscal year.
greytHR PRO - POI Overview Dashboard
The POI Overview Dashboard on greytHR PRO streamlines multi-client Proof of Investments (POI) management, making it more efficient and organized during the busy season. It offers a centralized view of POI statuses across all accounts and quick summary statistics of various process statuses for the organization as a whole.
The dashboard enables easy reporting with downloadable Excel reports and provides filtering options by payroll executives, ensuring seamless team tracking and improved workflow management.
greytHR Recruit - Employee Categories as Job Information Field
A new ‘Employee Categories’ section under Job Setup in greytHR Recruit Settings allows users to define fields, select employee positions from the synced list, and include them as job categories. Configured jobs can be saved as templates for future reuse, streamlining the process further. Additionally, employee position data is automatically pushed to HRMS without manual intervention, simplifying job setup in Recruit.
greytHR Recruit - Add Hired Employee
HR admins and onboarding specialists often face inefficiencies and errors when manually adding employees using recruitment documents. We’re excited to introduce the Add Hired Employee feature that seamlessly transitions candidates from greytHR Recruit to greytHR HRMS. On the joining day, recruiters can directly add employees, marking them as hired and adding basic info, allowing onboarding specialists to continue the workflow smoothly.
greytHR Recruit Now Integrated With Top Job Boards
We’re thrilled to announce the integration of leading job boards—Naukri, IIMJobs, and Hirist—into greytHR Recruit. This feature enables seamless job posting, application management, and sourcing directly within the platform. It addresses limited sourcing options, simplifies ROI tracking, and meets customer demand, with over 50% requesting this integration. With competitors offering similar features, this enhancement ensures greytHR Recruit stays competitive, empowering recruiters to attract diverse talent efficiently.
Employee Swipes on Mobile
The Employee Swipes feature allows employees to easily access their daily in/out swipe records directly through the greytHR Mobile app. With this feature, employees can monitor their attendance, check missed or incorrect swipes, and ensure their records are accurate and up-to-date. It provides real-time visibility into their work hours and helps them stay informed about their attendance status, making it easier to address discrepancies or missed punches promptly.
Quick Links on greytHR Mobile Application
The Quick Links feature centralizes important links provided by organizations, making them easily accessible under the Action Tabs in the greytHR Mobile app. By reducing the need to switch between platforms, Quick Links improves productivity, streamlines workflows, and enhances the overall user experience. It solves the problem of scattered resources by offering a single, convenient location to access critical tools and information.
Multiple Attendance Cycles and Category-Based Attendance Lock
Introducing Multiple Attendance Cycles, a flexible feature to create customized cycles based on categories. Set unique start and end dates, secure data with Category-Based Locking, and manage effortlessly through an intuitive System Settings interface.
Other Features
1. Enhanced Goals Progress Tracker
The goals tracker now supports both increasing and decreasing progress, making it adaptable to the unique needs of every organization. This ensures accurate tracking and better flexibility for all teams, regardless of their specific requirements.
2. Enhancements to Review
Mandatory Ratings: Assessors are now required to provide ratings (when enabled), ensuring that reviews are conducted properly and every performance category receives fair and thorough evaluation.
Optional Goals: Goals can now be made optional in performance categories, allowing organizations to customize review cycles and include categories that are most relevant.
3. New Reviewer Types Added
We’ve introduced ‘All Employees’ and ‘Employee Group’ reviewer types. These options allow for tailored workflows that cater to specific teams, departments, or even the entire organization.
4. Comprehensive Billing for Goal Plans and Cycles
Our billing process just got a major upgrade! The system now tracks employee assignments to goal plans or review cycles, ensuring accurate billing. Unique headcounts are calculated for each billing cycle, updating in real time as employees are added or removed. Even if an employee belongs to multiple plans or cycles, they are counted only once in the billing report.
5. PAN Prefix for Employee Onboarding
To reduce confusion, especially for blue-collar employees, we’ve added a “PAN” prefix wherever a Permanent Account Number is required. This small change makes onboarding smoother and more intuitive for everyone.
6. Password Recovery for Alumni
Former employees can now recover their passwords using their primary or secondary email addresses. This feature ensures they can access their accounts easily for any post-employment needs, reducing administrative overhead for the HR team.
7. Added Sales CRM ID to UI List
The Sales CRM ID field is now visible directly in the Sales List on the UI. This improvement makes it quicker and easier to access important information, boosting productivity and user experience.
8. API Enhancements for User Management globe with meridians
Generate and Email Passwords via API: Managing passwords is now a breeze! Admins can generate and email user passwords directly through the API, after account creation, saving time and simplifying the process.
Disable Users via API: Disabling users is now easier than ever, with no need to navigate across multiple screens. This streamlined process allows for quicker and more efficient user management.
9. Tally API Integration for IRN Upload page facing up
We’ve updated the Tally API to ensure IRN upload compatibility with Tally 5.x. This resolves blockers for IRN uploads, enabling seamless operations and ensuring compliance with the latest integration requirements.
10. Day Information Display in Attendance Muster Info Reports
The new “Show Day Info” option allows admins to display the day of the week (e.g., Monday, Tuesday) alongside dates in both Horizontal and Vertical report formats, providing enhanced clarity for better decision-making.
11. Take Control of Attendance Exceptions Like Never Before!
“Attendance Exception - Delete” is a new access right that gives admins full control over deletion permissions. Decide who can access and manage the Delete button with ease!
12. Holiday List 2025 - Phase1
Holiday List 2025 - Phase 1 is updated for 18 states and 4 UTs, enabling accurate and state-specific holiday management. This helps organizations seamlessly align with regional traditions while ensuring compliance with holiday policies. Simplify operations with precise and ready-to-use holiday lists.

Add Plant Shutdown to Attendance Status Options
Admins can now include “Plant Shutdown” as an attendance status, reflected across Attendance Muster, Exceptions, Employee Info, Calendar View, and Reports. Easily enable or disable the option through Advanced Settings, with reporting and analytics fully supporting this status.
Apply Future Leave with Upcoming Credit Balance
Admins can enable Future Leave Balance, allowing employees to apply for leave using future eligible balance. ESS dynamically displays current, future, and total balances for accurate planning and compliance.
Display Department/Section on the ESS Review Page
Admins can configure two categories on the ESS Leave Review page, displayed below the employee name and ID, to provide managers with better context and ensure consistency with the admin workflow.
Add “Remarks” Field to Attendance Override
HR admins can now add a “Remarks” column in the attendance override importer to provide context for overrides. These remarks are displayed on the Attendance Info page, Attendance Muster, and Query Builder, ensuring clarity, traceability, and consistency in attendance updates.

- Non-prod Cluster Migration: The successful migration of 12 namespaces from the old CloudStack cluster to the new CloudStack cluster! Key Highlights of the Migration
- Modernized Infrastructure: The old CloudStack cluster was running on Kubernetes version 1.20, while the new cluster is running on Kubernetes version 1.30—aligned with our production cluster setup.

- Seamless Transition: The migration was carried out with zero disruption to services, maintaining application availability and stability.
- Payroll Quick Process Performance Benchmarking: We’re excited to share the results of our latest performance benchmarking for the Payroll Quick Process feature. As part of our commitment to ensuring scalability and efficiency, we conducted a comprehensive load test simulating 1 Lac (100,000) employees, and the results are impressive! Key Outcomes of the Load Test:
