Opting in for PF contribution after opting out first time?

Hi,

Can an employee who opt out from PF contribution with new employer at time of joining opt in later and contribute in PF?
Is it possible as per rules? What is the process to to be followed?

Once an employee becomes a PF member, he can not opt out from it. PF has to be deducted till the age of 58 years.

Employee did not opt to conribute to PF first, so became excluded employee. Then after few months they want to contribute to PF.

Is there a process for that?
