Hi Community,

Can anyone help me with the EPF opt out guide or procedure for reference?

Hi,

You can Opt out New Employee from PF Contribution only if:-

  1. His Basic Salary is more than 15000 per month
  2. He was not covered in PF in his previous employment

Hi ,

You can opt out for PF if:

  1. If you were never been to EPFO member and your basic is more than 15000/-.
  2. If you were an EPFO member but you have withdrawan the amount and closed your previous PF accounts. In present organization your basic is more than 15000/-.
