  • Indonesia Payroll - Email Form 1721 A1 Directly to Employees: Indonesian payroll admins can now email Form 1721 A1 directly from the report screen, enabling faster, secure distribution without manual PDF downloads or splitting.
  • Email Form IR8A Directly to Employees: Admins can now email Form IR8A directly from the report screen for fast, secure, and hassle-free distribution.

Performance Management

  • Salary Revision Workflow (Admin Initiation): Admins can now initiate bulk salary revisions and trigger workflows directly from greytHR — enabling faster, simpler, and controlled organisation-wide updates.
  • Goals Evaluation Report: Captures goal-level ratings, comments, and progress, giving a complete view of evaluations and improving audit readiness.
  • Configurable Rating & Comment Options in 360 Feedback: Admins can now enable comments, ratings, or both on each question, allowing richer and more flexible feedback forms.
  • Re-open Performance Review at a Particular Assessor-level: Reviews now allow reopening assessments at a specific assessor level, giving admins precise control to fix issues without restarting the entire cycle.

Leave & Attendance

  • Attendance Overview Report: The Attendance Overview Report now uses shift end time plus approved OT to calculate Out Time and excludes non-working days for cleaner, accurate records.

Mobile app

  • Display Gap Days in Attendance Sign-In Widget: The Attendance Sign-In widget now displays gap day counts on the home screen, helping employees act on pending attendance quickly.
  • Multi-Language Support: The greytHR mobile app now supports Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada for a more localized experience.
  • Homepage Optimization: The homepage now loads faster by showing only relevant widgets, with items like IT Declaration and Engage displayed only when active or assigned.

Payroll

  • LOP and LOP Reversal Enhancements: A clearer, faster LOP and LOP Reversal experience is coming — with date-wise entries, easy past-month additions, better visibility of existing LOPs, and more accurate arrears.

Recruit

  • User Roles and Management based on Employee Category: Admins can now define Recruit roles by company, location, department, or employee category — ensuring users access only relevant data.

Core HR

  • Revamp of Letter Module: The Letter module is being revamped with digital/image signatures, mandatory signatory approvals, and dual-signatory support for a smoother, more secure process.

Expense

  • ESS for Expense: Employees can submit claims via ESS, while managers review and approve online for a faster, simpler process.

Leave and Attendance

  • Enable/Disable Attendance Shifts: HR admins can now enable or disable attendance shifts, hiding seasonal or unused ones without deleting them—keeping shift lists cleaner while preserving history.
  • Rename “Leave” Menu to “Leave & Attendance": The Leave menu in the Admin portal is now renamed to Leave & Attendance for clearer navigation and better alignment with module functionality.
  • Age-Based Eligibility Rule for Menstrual Leave: HR admins can now set age-based eligibility for leave types like Menstrual Leave, with automatic validation across ESS, admin entries, and bulk imports.

GPS Team Tracking: A Smarter Way to Track Teams on the Move : Introducing the manager experience to make team tracking clearer and faster. With the new GPS Team Tracking, managers can:

  • Get real-time visibility of who’s checked in, travelling, or inactive
  • See travel time, distance covered, and visit count for each employee
  • View a clean timeline of the entire workday, including check-ins, travel segments, and GPS issues
  • Quickly understand where someone is and how their day is progressing
  • Switch between live and past dates to review movement history
  • Validate field activity without calls, guesswork, or manual follow-ups

Coming Soon

Revamping “Who is In” in Mobile App : The Who is In section on the mobile app is being redesigned with newer components for a smoother experience. Managers can now view ongoing shift details, check who is out of office along with the reason, and quickly access employee contact and departmental information when needed.

Focus on Tech

On the infrastructure and backend side, we made significant strides:

Performance Testing for greytHR Module: Load testing is complete, confirming improved performance and stability for the ESS portal and IT declaration under high load.

Event management system enhancement (Upcoming): We’re planning to migrate our event system to a more scalable, reliable platform—reducing overhead and improving availability.
