- Duplicate Contact Warning: The system shows a warning if the mobile/email is already linked to another employee.

Performance Management
- Accurate Status Tracking for Reopened Performance Reviews: Performance Review statuses now auto-revert to ‘Active’ when assessments are reopened.
- Published Remarks Made Clearer in Performance Reviews: The Performance Review Control Panel now shows whether aggregate or calibrated ratings were published, with dates for clear tracking.
- Performance Reviews Now Move to History: Performance Reviews now move to the History tab after the final reviewer’s completion, ensuring only truly finished reviews are marked as past.

- Permission Application in Bulk via Importers: Admins can now bulk-apply attendance permissions with the new Excel Importer— reducing errors and ensuring smooth payroll and compliance.
