My first organization (job started in 2020) only contributed towards EPF and not EPS. This was because my basic wages were > 15000. However, they mistakenly added DOJ and DOE for both EPF and EPS. When I joined my 2nd organization, they saw my service history, enrolled me in both EPF and EPS and started crediting money towards both (even though my basic wages are still > 15000).
When I transferred my money from ORG 1 to ORG 2, I got to know of this issue and got it corrected (removed EPS DOJ and DOE) and only then did my transfer go through.
However, my 2nd ORG is still contributing towards EPS. Do I need to get this corrected? Or can I continue this contribution in all subsequent ORGs and get this money as pension post retirement?
