Roles and Responsibilities for each role

Hi All,

We need to prepare the document where for each role their responsibilities are defined starting from the CEO of the company. Will appreciate if someone can help me in the same.

Hi @Ayesha

Little tricky as we do not have any single document that have all these information.

But, I recommend the following steps:

  1. Create the hierarchy tree
  2. Write down the role
  3. Open the doc and start collating the Roles & Responsibilities from internal / external sources and start the record keeping.
