When is leave considered as long leave? what is the criteria?

Long leaves are usually when a leave crosses in continuous over a set number of days.
Usually Sat/Sun will not be considered in normal leave while applying, but in long leaves, weekends are also included in your leaves and balance for the same will be deducted.
Note: A long leave is typically a period greater than four weeks, although each organization can have its own definition
