Hi @Leya ,

I see that you have updated your mail ID for season 2. Would like to understand if the voucher is pending from season 2 and if so why asking after 7 months. This kind of a timeline is difficult to track and won’t be able to keep going back to process back-dated vouchers. I would request you to share some info about this.
